All discounted items are final sale. These items are made to order and have limited availability, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

30-Day Returns You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return Just email us at afterseven.team@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll guide you through every step. It's quick and easy.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll send you an email as soon as it's on the way.

Exchanges Need a different size or color? No problem — reach out and we'll help you swap it.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on gift cards. Everything else is covered by our 30-day policy.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
